Orion - A God-sent compass?

The three conspicuous stars of Orion's Belt point to Mecca- the Qiblah! An equidistant star right-angled from Almintaka to Algieba forms an arrowhead when Alminta is joined to the fuzzy M42, south of Almintaka!

Is the Constellation Orion, a group of stars astriding the celestial equator, a god-sent compass to man?
The writer deduces so...
The Orion's belt region encompasses the all-true directions North, South, East, West and the Qiblah - with the three belt stars of Almintaka, Alnilam and Alnitak perfectly aligned towards Mecca!
"We see the turning of your face (for guidance) to the heavens: Now shall We turn you to a Qiblah that shall please you. Turn then your faces in that direction. The People of the Book know well that that is the Truth from their Lord. Nor is God unmindful of what they do."
Al Baqarah 2:144
A little arithmetical adjustment however is needed for observers who are positioned away from the equator's zero degree. An observer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for instance, located 3 degrees north of the equator, needs to deduct three degrees from the apparent direction of 295 to give the Qiblah - 292 degrees from Kuala Lumpur. Likewise for an observer in Langkawi located six degrees north of the equator, a minus six from the apparent 295 degrees is necessary, hence giving a bearing of 289 degrees.
Observers in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Philippines too need to adjust against the apparent direction dependent on their geographical latitude and longitude location.
Note: Almintaka is the first of the three stars that rises in the east and the first to set.
With Almintaka plotted against Algieba, a perfect right angle is produced. And again from Almintaka, plot south towards prominent M42 or M43 (the sword of Orion) to give a north-south direction, thus a perfect arrowhead is formed. Plot Algieba with Alnitak and we get a East-West direction. All said, an asterism of an arrowhead that points North-South, East-West and Qiblaah! Subhaanallaah and all Praise be to Allah, everyone's God!
