The Cleft Moon

اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ
وَإِن يَرَوْا آيَةً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ
"The Hour (of Judgement) is near, and the moon is cleft asunder. But if they see a Sign, they turn away, and say, 'This is (but) transient magic.'"
Al Quran, Al Qamar 54:1-2
